EARN YOUR TOMCAT — fly five campaign missions and the F-14 is yours, free
The F-14 Tomcat no longer needs a code. Complete any five campaign missions, bring them home, and she unlocks automatically.
Until today the Tomcat was a squadron purchase. Now there is a second way in: fly the campaign. Finish five of the 19 campaign missions (each one counts when you land back at its point of origin, same as always) and the debrief tells you the F-14 is yours.
In the sim
- Five campaign missions unlock her. Flight school sorties do not count, so graduate first, then fly M1 onwards.
- The debrief after every campaign mission shows your progress, for example 2 of 5 done.
- On the plane-select screen the Tomcat is labelled with your count until she unlocks. Press 3 on a locked Tomcat for the full progress card.
- Pilots who already have five missions in their log get her the next time they load the game.
- The squadron code still works if you would rather skip the wait.
